All Trinco Dry blast cabinets are made of 14 gauge welded steel, they include heavy weight rubber gloves, neoprene gloves optional. Easy change window frames, safety foot valves, tungsten carbide nozzles and air jets, 8" arm holes on all models 40" x 40" and larger and on all direct pressure cabinets. All Master models include, fluorescent lighting, 12" x 24" safety glass windows, air pressure regulator and gauge. Double floor, 1/8" expandex steel plus carbon screen. Trinco Blasting Cabinets Direct Pressure Cabinets A direct pressure cabinet utilizes an A.S.M.E. coded pressure pot to hold abrasive media. When the foot pedal control is depressed, air pressure is released into the pressure pot, pressurizing the pot and then forcing the media from the pot through the blasting hose to the nozzle Most pressure blast cleaning is done at 40-60 PSI. Due to these lower pressures, abrasive media breakdown is greatly reduced Direct pressure blast cleaning is ideal for tough jobs, or large surfaces, production blast cleaning
