1/2" thick cast iron headstock and tailstock. Positive cam-action locking devices on headstock and tailstock. Adjustable headstock transforms the lathe from a long bed lathe to a short bed lathe with ease. Circular tailstock clamp for easy adjustment

Deep pocket in tailstock is useful for storing small tools while turning.
