Baileigh offers the three driving rolls feature with a smooth surface to prevent damaging the external surface of the material, bars and pipes to be bent, and are operated via the double foot pedal to change the direction of rotation of the rolls.  Baileigh's line of roll bending machines with three driven rolls are all double pinch rolls; we offer only the highest quality.

These angle roll bending machines are fitted with thermally treated NiCr steel shafts supplied with ball-bearings to reduce the friction of mechanical parts, for long life. They can be positioned on both axes. All models are fitted with helical geared speed reducers, lubricated in oil-bath and an adjustable torque limiter to protect against overloading and for the automatic adjustment of the differential speed of the internal roll.
